Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
How to delete your account
From the web app
- Go to talktinker.com and log in with your email.
- Open your Profile page from the account menu.
- Scroll to the Delete Account section.
- Click Delete Account and confirm.
From the TalkTinker mobile app
- Open the TalkTinker app and sign in.
- Open Settings from the bottom tab bar.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice to permanently delete your account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name and email)
- All your activities, creations, and folders
- Your favorites and preferences
- Your mobile app sessions and session history
What we retain
Invoice and payment records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 6–7 years).
If you have an active subscription
You must cancel your subscription before you can delete your account. You can cancel it from your profile, then follow the steps above.
